How do the tees fit?
All tees are labeled UNISEX. This means that they are made to fit both men and women, but more like a slim men’s fit! Please visit our size chart here.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.
How do I make changes in my shipping or billing information?
If you need to update your information on your account, please do so here. Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents.

What is the return policy?
You can return your unwashed, unworn apparel items within 30 days for a refund! Please visit the Returns page. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", washed/worn merchandise, drinkware, and "Mystery" promotional items. A $7 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
All non-apparel items are FINAL SALE. This also includes digital items, classes, and subscription orders. Please review all items carefully before placing your order. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase.
When will my order ship?
Please note shipping timeframes do not include time needed to fulfill your order. Many of our apparel items are printed on demand. Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. You can view our shipping policies here.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. Orders of $100 or more shipping in the U.S. ($150 or more shipping to Canada) with economy service get FREE shipping. More shipping information can be found here.

How do I log in?
You will enter your email address and password by clicking on the "sign in" button in the top-right corner of the home page. "My account" will appear once you are logged in. If you are having any issues getting into your account or need to make any changes to your account, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.

How do I access my classes?
Once you are logged into your account, just visit your “My Classes” page under "My Account"!
What will I receive when I enroll?
You'll gain unlimited online access to a classroom with instructional videos. There is no physical product shipped out with the purchase of a class.
Can I take a lesson more than once?
Classes are self-paced. You can return to the classroom and watch the videos as many times as you want, on any device!
